Had a good initial chat with the internal recruiter, who indicated I would advance. After that, I was ghosted. No interview was ever scheduled, and the recruiter didn't even send a basic rejection. Seriously, HR, step it up. People invest time talking to you and preparing. A little follow-up goes a long way professionally.

It was super easy. First, I talked to HR about the job and what the process would be like. Then, I had two interviews. The first was with my direct manager, and the second was with the regional manager. They offered me the role right then and there because of my experience in HVAC and sales.

It was a 2-step interview process, both were in-person. They asked technical questions mainly about ERP and relational databases, nothing too difficult. The interviewers were great people, and the company seems really nice. The process took about a week longer than they said it would. Didn't end up getting an offer, but overall it was a good interview experience.

Got contacted by an agency for this role. They arranged the interview at their office. I met with my potential supervisor and it went great. After that, they had me complete a personality assessment. I heard back by the end of the week and they said they decided to go with another candidate. I reached out to the agent who set it up to find out what happened, and they mentioned the assessment results showed I wasn't the best fit. It's weird for a non-government company to require such a long assessment.
