I was asked about my interest in traffic engineering. Also asked what I hoped to learn and/or gain from an interning experience. They then went through the kind of work that would be completed and what would be expected from me.

It was pretty simple. I had two online interviews where they wanted to know more about my work and school background. I talked with a few people who were at different levels, from senior to entry. They didn't ask any technical questions, but instead asked about how I approach things.

Started with a pretty useless HR call asking to rate myself on some keywords. Then had a call with the dev manager where they introduced the company and their process. We talked about my technical experience and job history. The in-person interview was on-site with the Director, a BA, PM, and another Senior dev. We talked more about experience, and I was asked one technical question that I stumbled on but eventually got right. Didn't get an offer because I had more mobile dev experience than web app dev, which came up when I talked about a mobile project I enjoyed.

Interview was conducted by a team of 3 people. They were very courteous. Asked me to walk through my resume. Apparently they were expecting to meet a person with a different profile. Didn't know why they were asking me about stuff that I clearly mentioned I have no interest in doing during telephone interview. May be an over sight. But, the company seems to be a good company and felt pretty comfortable with the staff.
