I attended an assessment centre and it was a good experience overall, though I noticed a lack of professionalism from HR. They promised to pay travel expenses, but on the day, they asked us to email a form for it. I sent a couple of emails, but haven't heard back. Friends say this is common at JM. It shows a lack of seriousness. I didn't like their aptitude tests, so I won't apply for other jobs there. The agenda included: Ice breaker (presentation from a JM member), Group activities (build a tunnel with plastic pieces following instructions, characters game to talk about ourselves), Coffee break, psychometric tests (easy verbal and maths + spatial awareness), written technical assessment (easy and general), lunch and a site visit.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process involved a video call, followed by an in-person meeting, a presentation, and a tour of the facilities. The in-person part felt pretty chill, and I enjoyed chatting with the interviewers about their work and learning new things quickly. After radio silence for weeks, I had to chase them for an update and was told I made the shortlist, but I still haven't heard back. Maybe it's poor inter-department communication or an HR issue, but things move slowly, and like others noted, they don't reply about travel reimbursements after the interview.
