Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Johnson Lambert.
Intern
The interview process was laid back and informative, lasting about 45 minutes via Teams. They dedicated a good portion of the time to sharing information about the company and explaining the internship program. We also spent some time getting to know each other on a personal level.
- Could you share something not listed on your resume that you believe would be of interest to us?
Intern
Met them on campus and had a really good conversation. They sent me an email a week later explaining they wanted to talk to me. The questions were pretty easy, and asked about the company's culture. I had to ask the interviewer to repeat the question a lot.
- How well do you think you'd fit into the company culture?
Intern
The interviewers were super nice and made me feel really comfortable. They told me a lot about the company and what it's like to be an intern there. First, I talked to a campus recruiter, and then I went to their office to meet with two other associates.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a problem at work and describe how you resolved it?
