The interview was super chill. The HR head asked stuff that was more like talking than actual interview questions. Stuff like, "Why do you think you would be a good fit" and "What challenges do you see in the future", you know, the usual. After that, you gotta do a drug screen and a physical lift test to make sure you can handle wine cases. The test involves lifting 25 lbs and 45 lbs over and over and putting them down at different heights. I'm small, 5'2", and it was a breeze even for me.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I had to do a presentation about sales and explain why I'd be the best candidate for the role. Then, I sat in on a panel interview where I was asked a variety of questions, covering topics from my personal background to my knowledge of spirits. Overall, it was a standard and good experience.

First, I had a basic HR screen. Then, a regional executive from another state interviewed me. This person hardly asked any questions, instead focusing on explaining the role's downsides and the company's current challenges. They mentioned I might be overqualified but would still move me forward. I never heard back after that, and HR didn't respond to my follow-ups.
