It was a really long interview process but it was a good day overall, it even included tours. They sent the itinerary beforehand so I knew who I was going to interview with and it consisted of multiple different interviews.

It was a 5-hour in-person interview process. It began with an hour-long presentation about my past research. Then, there was a panel interview and a few one-on-one interviews with various staff members from different research areas and expertise levels. The whole thing was scheduled and organized. We also had lunch with a prospective manager and a long meeting with HR about benefits.
