Applied online and completed an online assessment and a video interview with motivation questions. The assessment center was the main part. It was a long session with a group exercise for half the time, discussing subjects from past projects. You just needed to talk about them and join the conversation, no note-taking required. The other half was an individual interview. There was adequate time for the individual part, with no technical questions. We had to prepare a short presentation beforehand, without slides. Some general questions were asked. It's important to discuss your past projects/work experience and research their projects to talk about them.
