The interview felt well-organized. The person interviewing me asked good questions about what I've done and what I know. They were professional and made me feel good about the company and how they work there. Overall, it was a typical experience.

My knowledge would include knowing that VetPro is an Internet enabled data bank, which is used for credentialing all of the VHA health care providers, and facilitates both accurate and complete credentials files. To support the system, I know I would need to have the appropriate educational experience, physical and mental health, and skills to fulfill the requirements of the position and to support the requested clinical privileges. The use of this knowledge will help the RN or LPN maintain the system, and reduce the potential for human error in the credentialing process. Further, I could provide advice when helping a client with the VetPro system; by assisting with enrollment, activation, and deactivation in VetPro2.
