I went through 3 interviews for this role. The first one was online via zoom, and then I had two more interviews in person. It took about a month for the whole process. It felt a bit harder than I expected for a restaurant job interview.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What are some of your hobbies?
- Why do you think you would be a good addition to our team?

So I had this virtual group interview, then an in-person group interview. The final interview was supposed to be in person too. The people there were nice, but the admin stuff was messy. I had to chase them for info about the second interview and it took ages. Then they dropped the ball and didn't give me details for the final one even after I checked in. Because they messed up and told me late, I ended up doing a separate one-on-one interview instead of the planned final one. They did offer me the job though, but training isn't for another month.

Came in for an in person interview after interviewing multiple times with different recruiters/regional managers. They didn't communicate with each other properly so I showed up to my CONFIRMED interview time & date and the person I was supposed to meet wasn't even in during that time. I could see the whole staff stressing and going back and forth with each other. A gentleman came to interview me after I was sitting there for over 20 minutes. He asked the most basic questions, barely any effort to get to know me. The interview literally lasted 5 minutes as he rushed through the entire process, I was already so nervous since nobody was expecting me. The staff and everyone didn't even make me feel comfortable at all once. Horrible experience. The Joey's whole team is a joke, a bunch of high school acting like adults running a business.
- Can you tell me about yourself as a person?
