it was a super easy and fast process. i went to the restaurant and had a quick chat with the hiring manager. they really wanted to get to know me, asking a lot about my future aspirations and how i'd handle different scenarios.

I went through 3 interviews for this role. The first one was online via zoom, and then I had two more interviews in person. It took about a month for the whole process. It felt a bit harder than I expected for a restaurant job interview.

So I had this virtual group interview, then an in-person group interview. The final interview was supposed to be in person too. The people there were nice, but the admin stuff was messy. I had to chase them for info about the second interview and it took ages. Then they dropped the ball and didn't give me details for the final one even after I checked in. Because they messed up and told me late, I ended up doing a separate one-on-one interview instead of the planned final one. They did offer me the job though, but training isn't for another month.
