It's a 3-step process, starting with a pre-recorded interview. If you pass that, you move on to an interview with the recruiter and then a final one with the head chef. I got there 15 minutes early like you should, but the interviewer was 20 minutes late and didn't say anything. I asked the hostess after a bit and she was rude. I waited like 30+ minutes total before it started. No apology, no reason, just seemed rushed and like they didn't care.

I had a video interview on Skype first with HR and then with the head chef. They were very comforting during the interview. They know the brand in and out and that's the best part about them; they very well know what they represent.

Behavioral Presentation

I had three tries to record myself answering four questions, each between 1-3 minutes. I could pick which of the three recordings to submit, and they gave me the questions beforehand. The questions asked were to introduce myself and explain my interest in working at Joey's, a situation where I didn't keep a promise and my subsequent actions, my weaknesses and how I manage them, and my definition of hospitality.
