It was an online group interview with 2 other people, which was a bit awkward 'cause we kept talking over each other. The interviewer was friendly and tried to make it feel relaxed though. They mentioned the company really values personality and that you don't need prior experience, but you do need to have the right personality. Standard questions were asked.

It was pretty straightforward, and I was interviewed with other people. The main thing they wanted to know was if I knew anything about the company. They asked who the owner is and about the company's history. It would be good to know about drinks to really stand out.

after I applied, they emailed me for an online interview, which took a few weeks. once I got the interview, I realized it was a group interview so it wasn't entirely focused on one person. they asked me and another person a question about how to handle difficult customers. after we each answered a few questions the interview ended and about a week later I got a job offer.

I applied online and got invited to an online group interview about a week or two later. Personally, I find this type of interview setup annoying because it's hard to judge a candidate's potential online and in a group setting, but it makes sense for a big company like Joe and the Juice. I did a lot of research for the interview, and it seemed to go pretty well, with the company recruiter asking questions to three candidates. We were told we'd hear back within two weeks, but it's been over two months and I still haven't heard anything. I got one email saying the store I applied for was 'reconfiguring its operational needs' and that I'd hear back soon, but nothing since. Not hearing back after an initial application is one thing, but not hearing back after an interview, especially in this economy, is just rude and disrespectful.
