Assistant Store Manager
I had two interviews with the store manager, then a phone interview with the Area Manager, followed by another interview with the Area Manager. The AM seemed hesitant about hiring me because they thought I was overqualified. The SM shared some info on what the AM was looking for. In a couple of weeks, I was the best performer in all metrics.

Store Manager
I had a phone interview with the District Manager. After that, I had an in-person interview with the District Manager. Since I was also being considered for their flagship store, I had another phone interview, this time with the Vice President of Retail. Then, I was flown to the corporate office for in-person interviews with the Director of Stores, the Director of Merchandising and Allocation, the Director of Retail Marketing, and the Manager of Training.
