Sales Associate
It went pretty well. I felt like I was being sort of led on though. Most stores like this have really long-term employees, so there's not much of a career path beyond associate. When the busy season ends, hours get cut, and it's hard to make enough money to live.
- What are your goals and what do you want from a job?
Sales Associate
It was a pretty straightforward and smooth interview process. Everyone I met was very friendly. The questions were fairly basic and manageable. This would be a great role for a student. I'd definitely suggest it.
- Can you tell me about your best qualities?
Sales Associate
The work culture is more on sales and they looked at your background in terms of the job position they had hire. You have to attend 3 interviews to pass it. First is an initial interview or screening. Second, if you pass the first interview, then they ask about how you will going to contribute to the company. Last is the demo of products in front of the president of the company.
- Prepare for a surprise one on one presentation with the company president.
