I had a quick phone call and then went in to learn more about the job with the team manager. I met with the manager who called me and another team manager. They were both really nice, and the work environment felt very laid-back. That meeting was about 40 minutes. After that, they set up another round of interviews, which included doing a practice sales pitch using info they sent in an email. You go into a room with three managers, and they ask you questions while you do the mock sales pitch. If you're ready for it, it goes well. Finally, I met with three different managers. Mostly, they just wanted to get to know me, but the last manager asked some more serious interview questions. That whole day took a few hours. Overall, it was a really good interview experience.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I interviewed with this company a few months ago and it was a terrible experience. After taking three days off from work, I had an interview with the manager. She was very unprofessional and kept asking me personal questions, even calling me uncoachable. She then seemed to offer me the job verbally, but said she needed to check my references. I gave her three, but she never called them. Three days later, I followed up and she said 'things changed' and I was no longer a candidate. This was my second time trying to reach her. The first time, she claimed she didn't know who I was because she talks to hundreds of people a week, which I found rude, especially after multiple interviews. In this economy, don't waste people's time if you're not considering hiring them. My references confirmed they were never contacted. After three interviews, you should know if someone is a viable candidate. Don't get people's hopes up! And remember the names of candidates you interviewed that week!

I found the job posting on my college's career center website and applied online. They got back to me the same day and we set up a phone interview for the next day. The recruiter called right on time. It was a short interview, but it felt like he hadn't done many of these before. I actually felt like I was interviewing him more than he was interviewing me, asking him about the company culture and stuff.
