You start with a call from an internal recruiter, then a manager from a specific team will call you. If they like you, you'll have a virtual interview with the manager and their lead to talk about your skills. If that works out, you'll do a role-play over video with up to three leaders. If you nail that, you'll have a final chat with the Chief Growth Officer.

This Company appears to be a data mining scam. They collect all of your personal data through a "virtual interview", in response to a ghost job that doesn't even exist, and you will never make contact with a person. Within 48 hours, I began receiving a series of scam calls and emails, despite not receiving them previously, as I am very protective over my data. Upon further digging, Jobot has an excerpt on their site, stating that they may sell your data to third party companies. As someone in the business for about a decade, with very well established, legitimate companies, I have never worked somewhere that sells applicant data to third parties. This is a scam. I sent a deletion request twice, and have yet to hear back. I'm telling everyone in my network and beyond, to STAY AWAY.
