First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Job Duck.
Receptionist
They'll reach out to schedule your meeting and send reminders before your interview. The interview itself goes by pretty fast. You can tell they're sticking to a script and need to be brief and direct. The interviewer is friendly and upbeat, which really helps calm your nerves.
- Can you describe your most significant professional accomplishment?
Receptionist
I filled out forms and they sent me a WhatsApp for an online interview, all in English with the camera on. They record the interview. After that, they didn't communicate again except for an email saying I didn't get the position.
- Tell me about your previous work experience, and what would your previous managers say about you?
Receptionist
The first stage was pretty straightforward, involving submitting an essay, my CV, and completing an English test. After that, they set up the first interview. On the same day, they reached out to inform me I had advanced to the next step. The interviewer was very friendly and walked me through the entire process, speaking clearly, which made it easy to follow. The questions primarily focused on my previous experiences and background, along with inquiries about my career and salary expectations. It's worth noting that this interview is recorded and intended for the company I'll be applying to later. I'm still in the middle of this, as the process is quite lengthy.
- Can you describe a past work mistake or challenging situation and how you handled it?
- What is an accomplishment you are proud of?
- What motivates you to want to work for this company?
