Legal Assistant
The whole process was super fast, which was surprising since I read other reviews saying it was long. They use AI for recruiting, which is pretty convenient and efficient. But the 20-minute interview itself? Awful. The interviewer was incredibly mean and just had a negative vibe the whole time. Her tone was terrible, and she just came off as unprofessional. I didn't get the job I applied for, and while I get that, they should at least tell us that upfront. It was super obvious the recruiter hadn't even looked at my application or any of my documents before our chat. When she asked that standard question, 'When would you be able to start if hired?', I said, 'In August.' Then she asked if I was currently working, and I said no. Right after that, she rudely asked why it would take me a month to start. I explained that I had just moved from another country and had some things to sort out before I could start, but she didn't seem to care at all. Honestly, even call centers do a better job of making a good first impression than this company. If the internal team is like this, I can only imagine what their clients are like!

Legal Assistant
The interview stage was very simple. It consisted of 5 questions. They asked me to introduce myself and talk a bit about my trajectory, to talk about my previous professional experiences and tasks I performed, what was a professional achievement that made me proud, and, finally, what had I learned from feedback in a difficult conversation. As others stated before, they ask you to start your answer by directly addressing their question. The interviewer also turns their camera off during the segment where you answer the questions. From what I got at the end of the interview, they want someone who will be fully available for more than a year.

Legal Assistant
The interview started on time. The recruiter spoke very quickly and created awkward silences, which made me a bit nervous. They don't give prior notice that it's recorded, which I think should be communicated. I felt rushed to answer. The interview lasted 10 minutes instead of the planned 20, and it was more of a checklist than a conversation. I applied for a legal assistant role but was evaluated for intake, for which I wasn't prepared. Also, they have a labor exclusivity policy that caught my attention. The process has too many steps for a salary that doesn't stand out. The experience was neutral.
