Starting from when my profile was accepted, the interview was scheduled for a month later. It consisted of a 45-minute video call where I was asked to record a video talking about my strengths, how I solved a problem in a previous role, my knowledge of different software, and why I would stand out from other candidates. However, even though my profile matched the search (in both skills and knowledge), I was rejected without any reason or feedback. This is quite annoying considering that the application process itself is already very long and cumbersome, the least they could do is explain why the profile wasn't considered.

The process is really long, with so many steps, activities, and training. They make it seem like they have clients lined up waiting for you. I spent two months in the process and after I approved all the steps. They kept me waiting for six months, with no interviews, no clients, no nothing. I wasted my time for nothing. Also they never told me the real income I would receive because they pay you through an app that has a commotion and handles taxes, but they never disclose how much this costs.

After carefully reading the detailed instructions on how to fill out the form and the profile of the ideal candidate, you'll need to complete various fields. You must also upload photos of your home workspace, a picture of yourself, your internet speed test results, and your PC specifications. If you successfully pass this first stage, which has some tricky parts so pay close attention to the requirements, the second stage asks for a 300-500 word essay, your CV, a cover letter, and a 90-second video explaining why you're awesome. Of course, everything needs to be in English.
