The training I received wasn't what was advertised during the interview. I was promised eight weeks of training at another store, but I only got seven business days before being put in charge. The assistant managers there, who had been waiting years for a promotion, acted like they knew everything about the brand. As you can imagine, they weren't very helpful or supportive because they were resentful.

The recruiter contacted me 3 times before the interview, which was nice, but I felt like I was repeating info. Even after not getting the job, they contacted me 2 more times for the same position. The interviewer was nice but took notes the whole time and didn't make eye contact.
