I just finished an interview at Jo Ann's for an hourly associate role. It was super fast and simple. The interview probably only took about ten minutes. They asked me why I wanted to work there, if I thought I'd enjoy it, and about my experience working with groups. They also asked about my availability and any past volunteer or craft experience. I'm not sure if I got the job yet since they have more interviews scheduled, but I felt pretty good about it because I was energetic, made eye contact, and was professional by dressing well and shaking hands. I also asked about their policy on piercings since I have one, and they said it's totally fine.
