Got an email from the Research Manager 5 days later. We set up a 30-min 'introductory call', then scheduled an in-person interview. I was there for about 35 mins and both the Research Manager and Recruiting Manager were there.

I applied through Handshake and heard back in about a week. A manager gave me a quick phone interview to talk about my background and what I was looking for. We then set up an onsite interview which was about 45 minutes. I got an offer about a week after that.

Behavioral Other

Had a 10 minute phone call, then 2 on site interviews. Both on site interviews were super weird, they read off a paper and asked the same useless questions. It was a big waste of time. They didn't even walk me out. No travel reimbursement either for driving an hour each way, twice. The job felt like sales but without commission. The company seems shady, their website is ancient and there's no info online. I'd avoid them.
