The interview process included a recruiter phone screen with basic overview questions, followed by a 2v1 interview that asked questions not really applicable to the position. The final round was an application round. I withdrew before an offer was made. All interviews were over Zoom or phone.

It was a great and really smooth process. They asked me about my hobbies and if I had to pick a company to invest in, which one would it be. It was all very chill and they were super nice, getting back to me quickly.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process included a phone screen with the Executive Recruiter and Talent Acquisition team, followed by a final round interview with the Managing Director and HR Manager. The final interview started easy but then got tough with very specific questions about the company and their clients. It felt like they were just interviewing to keep busy, especially with so many applications but few employees. The Managing Director also seemed like a difficult person to report to.
