The interview process was handled very unprofessionally. We were left waiting in the lobby for over an hour and a half past the scheduled start time, with no one informing us about the delay. There were two interviewers. The first conducted a basic screening interview, followed by a presentation, which was quite straightforward. This first assessor was pleasant. However, the second assessor was not, acting hostile from the beginning and even refusing to shake my hand. It seemed clear he had no intention of hiring anyone that day. They offered guest tickets to a nearby motor museum, which I now regret not taking as it would have been a better use of my time. Feedback was never provided despite repeated requests, which goes against the Gradcracker pledge JLR signed.
