Overall the process was good, with clear requirements and discussions. They don't give feedback for applicants even after an interview. The application process overall was well structured, with clear descriptions and requirements but feedback and responsiveness is lacking after a relatively involved application process.

The whole day is called 'Assessment Centre'. There were 4 activities during the day: a group exercise, a role play, an 'in-tray exercise' and an interview. Lunch was provided and we met some graduates already on the scheme. Passports were checked and photos taken for ID cards if we got the job. It was a challenging but fun day. I got a job offer 5 days later.
