Software Engineer
This company and its employees (management, resource executive, HR) are very dishonest and deceitful. They hired me through a third party for a client, TCS. They requested extensive documentation, including all employment and background details, and bank statements. After I provided everything, they pressured me to resign from my current job. I waited until I received their offer letter before resigning, but the background verification was still ongoing and they kept asking for more documents daily, which was irritating. I complied because of the 'TCS' client. A few days before my scheduled joining date, they contacted me saying they couldn't verify my documents and asked me to revoke my resignation. When I inquired about the reason for the failed verification, they offered no explanation. I pointed out that issuing an offer letter before completing verification was their mistake, not mine. They casually responded that I could take legal action, showing no remorse. They are playing with people's careers. The resource team lacks basic understanding, like how to verify a bank statement to determine if a company is fake. I believe they need more training. I strongly advise against joining this company. I want to flag this company for jeopardizing careers.
