First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Jitasa.
Accounting Representative
The interview process was really disorganized and not great. They only had morning availability and kept pushing back interviews. They missed my first scheduled interview and didn't say why. Then they went silent for a whole month, which felt like a big red flag, so I ended up canceling. Makes sense their turnover is so high.
- What makes you interested in Jitasa and this specific position?
Accounting Representative
It was a pretty relaxed interview process. They asked a lot of questions about how I would handle certain situations. I thought the interviewer was great, very attentive. I'm not sure why I didn't get the job. They didn't give any feedback at all, which was a bit surprising and disappointing, especially since they said they would. Some of the candidate emails had incorrect info; one called the next interview a "Final" interview, and I wasn't sure if that was accurate. After that interview, they mentioned another one, which I guess was the actual final interview with a manager. I think there were about 3-4 stages total: a video interview first, then in-person with a recruiter, then what I assume was the final one with a manager. They ask tons of questions, so just be ready for a continuous conversation with questions coming one after another. The video interview was about 5 minutes, and the face-to-face with the recruiter was about 20 minutes. Not too long, but the last one might be!

Chief Financial Officer Client Advisor
I went through interviews with HR and the Accounting team leader and got positive feedback, with one of the interviewers saying they really enjoyed getting to know me and thought I'd be a great fit. After one more interview and some emails suggesting an offer was coming, I haven't heard back and feel like I've been ghosted. They're not responding to my emails, which is disappointing because I had a really positive impression from the start.
- What skills do you possess that are relevant to this position?
- Can you tell me about your experience working with non-profit organizations?
Accountant
So first you gotta apply, send in your resume and cover letter, and fill out whatever forms they want on their website or a job site. Then, HR looks at all the applications to see who kinda fits the basic stuff. After that, there's usually a quick call with HR, like a phone or video chat, just to check if you meet the basic qualifications, see if you're actually interested, and if you'd fit in with the company vibe. Sometimes, they might make you take some tests, like for your skills or if you're a good fit personality-wise. The first interview is usually with the person who'd be your boss or a few people. They'll ask about your resume, what you've done, your skills, and why you want this job. They like asking 'Tell me about a time when...' type questions to see how you handle stuff. For jobs that need specific skills, there might be a technical part, like a coding challenge or a problem-solving thing, or even a task to do. Or, for other jobs, it could be a case study or you might have to give a presentation. The next interview, or maybe the last one, is often with higher-ups or the team you'd join. They'll dig more into your experience, see if you'd be a good fit for the team, and ask about your future plans. You might also talk about pay and benefits here. Then, they might check your references to confirm your work history and stuff. If everything looks good, you'll get a job offer with all the details on pay and benefits, and you can try to negotiate it. Some places also do a background check to confirm your background and all that. Once you accept, you start the onboarding, which is like orientation and getting you settled in.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
