The interview process has 2 stages. First, you just send in your CV. Then, there's a face-to-face interview, which is about 30 minutes long. It's pretty relaxed and has standard interview questions. I heard back a couple of days after the interview.

i applied online and then got an invitation for an interview. when i came in to the store i immediately had to speak with 3 people, one of them was the store manager, the second was someone from HR and a management assistant. after this i had to go on the shop floor and play a roleplay with the HR person. Then they told me that they would contact me the same day for a second interview. After 3 hours i got a call to meet them again at the store. this time the interview was again with the HR Manager and assistant, store and assistant store manager, management assistant and the area manager. They were very kind and positive and they made me feel very comfortable. Next day got a job offer and i accepted it.

This is a really simple process for retail, basically just an interview with the store manager. You gotta be super energetic and really into the job. Having another language is a big plus, they'll prob hire you if you do.
