Customer Support Representative
I was contacted a few days after applying and had a good initial chat with the recruiter that lasted about 20 minutes. Right after that, I had a second phone screen with the hiring manager for about 30 minutes. The company, the team, and the role seemed to be a perfect fit. Then came the in-person interview. I met with 5 people over 2.5 hours. It felt a little long for this kind of job, but I was eager to proceed. However, it became quite unprofessional. No one greeted me at the front desk, so I waited until someone walked by so I could ask for the hiring manager. I was then taken to a messy conference room with a dirty couch and old boxes everywhere. My first meeting was with the hiring manager's boss. We had a pleasant conversation, and I answered all technical questions and explained my experience well. Then, the hiring manager came in and told me the job scope had changed since our last call just 3 days prior, and they now needed someone with extensive Ruby and SQL experience. The hiring manager and the next three people only focused on the one line on my resume mentioning I had used SQL minimally in my current role, ignoring everything else discussed about the position. It's baffling how the scope changed so quickly, and why they'd make me come in for nearly 3 hours just to say I wasn't qualified. It felt like a complete waste of time, suggesting a disorganized and dysfunctional workplace. Given the competition, I question the product's relevance. I emailed the recruiter immediately after leaving to withdraw my application. I'd suggest avoiding this company.

Software Engineer in Test
I applied through a career fair and then got a programming test. About two weeks after that, I had an onsite interview that lasted 3.5 hours. The QA manager had me rewrite a test from scratch, which I did perfectly. Then, another Test Engineer asked me Java-related questions, including recursion, JVM, Java collections, and the steps in code production. They also gave me two math problems. Three days later, I had a Skype interview with the VP of Engineering, which went well. The next day, I received an offer. The people there were very nice and friendly, genuine, and excited about their work.

Implementation Manager
I had a phone interview with the recruiter, then another phone interview with a Director, and finally a Zoom call with a staff member. Scheduling was a bit messy; I kept having to chase the recruiter for confirmed dates and times. After the last interview, I was told the recruiter would be in touch, but after a couple of weeks of no response to my follow-up email, I'm still waiting to hear if I'm moving forward. It's frustrating not to get an update after investing time in three interviews.

Information Security Documentation Specialist
I had a quick call with the Jibe recruiter, and then the same day, I spoke with the department manager over the phone. A day or two later, they reached out to schedule an in-person interview. At the in-person, I met the department manager, two team members, a recruiter (since mine was out), the Director of Engineering, and the SVP of Operations. The interviews were pretty casual, either one-on-one or two-on-one. Everyone was super nice, friendly, and easy to talk to.
