The interview process involved a technical test focused on piping materials, lasting about 60 minutes. Then, there was a user interview with the supervisor and head of the department, which took around 90 minutes. Following that, a psychometric test and an English test, both written, were conducted for about 60 minutes. Finally, an HR interview was held, lasting approximately 45 minutes.

Interview took place at JGC Singapore in International Business Park. The interviewers were the Head of the department and a Senior Process Engineer. The questions were primarily about career goals, objectives, and explaining the design project currently underway at school. The Head of Department is very experienced, having worked at the company for a long time; he was friendly and approachable, making the overall interview feel good and easy. A second round interview will occur in 2-3 weeks, serving as a confirmation for the offer and to go over the benefits and offer details.

HR called first, then I had formal discussions with a senior engineer. After that, I took some aptitude tests, and then went through two rounds of interviews with management. The people interviewing me were really nice and seemed genuinely interested in learning about significant events in my life and how I've handled challenges and such.

So I applied before going to a career fair booth, and they set up my first interview there. The second interview was right after that. Then, about two months later, I was invited to their Yokohama HQ for two more interviews, the third and fourth ones, with department managers and then executives.
