Had a short phone screen with 2 interviewers, then a reference check. The hiring manager was in touch with me throughout the process, contacting me late in the evening around 8 PM. The recruiter I worked with had absolutely no work-life balance. An onsite interview was scheduled in the evening and after that, around 7:30 PM, the interviewer mentioned it wasn't the end of her day. She repeatedly explained the massive workload and that a recruiter handles about 6-7 interviews daily. Some questions were unprofessional and didn't seem relevant. I was surprised given JFrog's reputation. It seems they're looking for someone with no life outside of work. I understand the need for more staff, but from my brief impression, the heavy workload might stem from inefficient processes. I was contacted late in the evening for an interview, and the interviewer mentioned it wasn't the end of her day even at 7:30 PM. They seem to be looking for someone with no outside life.

The company took a long time to respond after I applied with my CV. The recruiter apologized and was very nice on the call. She was really respectful and listened to me. She got back to me with feedback within a few days and I wasn't approved, but I had a good time talking to them and hope to interview for JFrog again.

I had an initial chat with a recruiter, then multiple chats with other recruiters, and the last step was an interview with the head of staffing. It was a very thorough process overall. However, the recruiter I spoke with initially didn't get back to me with an update when they said they would. I eventually got an email saying I was rejected almost a month later, which wasn't a great experience.
