First, there was a 30-minute phone interview where we talked about me and my interests and the job. Then, they sent some warm-up questions via email like 'most generous thing an employer has done for you', 'name you'd give a boat', and 'your biggest mentor'. After that, I had an interview with the staffing coordinator. This was followed by a 'homework' assignment via email where they sent a list of questions asking for my ideas without pay. The questions focused on IT and Accounting/Finance in Central PA, asking about competitors, abundant positions, how to find candidates, and if I knew anyone in the field and their experience with recruiters. It also asked why I'd be an asset. Finally, I interviewed with the head of the staffing agency. They asked about my recruiting tactics and had me demonstrate how phone calls would go, emphasizing that the goal is to recruit people who already have jobs and convince them to join companies JFC is staffing. After all this, they said to follow up in a week if I was still interested. I did, but never heard back, which felt like a setup to steal my ideas, especially since they said I had the right qualifications and did great in the interviews.

It's a pretty long process, but it's worth it in the end. You'll probably have 4 to 6 interviews before they make a decision.
