Customer Care Agent
The interview process was very comfortable for someone fresh out of school and headed into the workforce. It was one on one and, while professional, it wasn't so formal that I was scared to mess up.
- What makes you want to join our company?
Customer Service Representative
I got a call and then they set up an in-person interview. When I got there, there were about 25 other people and we were seen one by one. They asked typical questions and then I had to choose an item and sell it to the interviewer. I think I did well and they then sent me to the call center for scheduling.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
- Please pick an item and try to sell it to me.
Customer Service Representative
Applied at a job fair, filled out an application, and then waited to be called by a supervisor. Had an interview in a conference room that lasted about 30 minutes. They asked a lot of questions about my employment history, which I think is why I didn't get the seasonal position because it's unstable.
- What are your expectations for a manager?
