Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty straightforward, although it dragged on a bit longer than I expected. The questions they asked were on point, and the interviewers seemed professional. The main thing is, they could've done a better job with communication, especially about when things would happen and what the next steps were.
- Can you explain what an MLM company is?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was pretty chill and friendly. We mostly talked about common sense stuff, like what kind of person they're looking for and how I fit that. I made sure to explain my ideas clearly and keep a positive vibe. The whole thing lasted about an hour, and I was happy with how it went. I ended up getting another job offer via email, so I had to back out of everything with Jeunesse.
- Tell me about your background and personal qualities to see if you'd be a good fit for our team.
Customer Service Representative
The staffing agent contacted me about the company and the offer. He scheduled the interview for the next day, Thursday, and mentioned a response by Monday. About two hours after the interview, the agent called back to say I would start training the following Monday. I interviewed with a supervisor and the department boss, who made me feel confident and were nice.
- Can you tell me what you know about the company?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Did you know about the Kids Foundation?
