It was straightforward and they didn't try to trick me. The person interviewing me was nice and treated me well. I had to reach out to them to see how things went, but I never heard back about the results.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, although it dragged on a bit longer than I expected. The questions they asked were on point, and the interviewers seemed professional. The main thing is, they could've done a better job with communication, especially about when things would happen and what the next steps were.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through a two-step interview process. The first was with my direct manager, and the second was with my dotted-line manager in the US. The GM started by introducing the company, and then went into detail about the role. My US-based supervisor asked me why I wanted to join the company, and also shared more about the company from an international perspective.

I was interviewed by three people. The interviewers were amazing, really professional, and the questions asked were very relevant to the job at hand. All three were really kind and seemed to love the company they are working for. The recruiter, Alexa, is really organized and gave really clear instructions of what to bring and how to be prepared for the interview. The company culture and the atmosphere looks amazing. Wonderful experience!
