First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Jetstar Airways.
Customer Service Representative
We started with a presentation about the job and pay, followed by a group activity to check our teamwork skills, and finished with an individual interview where they asked several questions.
- What was your reason for leaving your previous job?
Customer Support Representative
It was a 2-round interview. The first round involved answering video questions, and then we had a group activity on site which was pretty easy. After that, there was a short individual interview on site with basic customer service questions. The vibe was really good. I ended up spending about 4 hours there.
- Can you share an instance where you improved safety in your work area?
Customer Service Representative
So first, we had this text interview with 6 questions. After that, if you passed, you'd get an email saying you made it to the next stage, which was a 3-hour virtual interview. They started with a company intro, then we did a group activity where we had to come up with a campaign and jingle - kind of weird since we're not in marketing! After the group part, I had a one-on-one chat with someone from recruitment where they asked 5 more questions, pretty similar to the first text ones. I'm still waiting to hear back about a background check, though.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Describe a situation where you felt overwhelmed and how you handled it.
- Tell me about a time you collaborated with a team to overcome a challenge.
