Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Jerry.
Sales
The interview process was really fair and balanced. The interviewers were on time and respected my time, and the whole process was super efficient. I had an initial interview and then a final round interview before they gave me an offer.
- Can you describe your past experience?
Sales
The interview process felt like a full-blown interrogation. They cared very little about my actual skill set and hyper-focused on metrics that were completely irrelevant. Even though I had all my performance metrics dialed in, it wasn’t enough for them. It felt like they were trying to dig up info on the companies I worked for rather than interview me.
- Can you tell me about your weekly dial volume, considering that your company used a dialer and we only focused on calls answered (dialer changed weekly—one week you might get 500 dials and another you might get 200 depending on marketing pushes and your schedule)?
Sales Representative
An HR person contacted me about an interview after I passed some tests. The interview seemed good but then they ghosted me and didn't reply to my follow-ups.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Could you describe your previous work experience?
- In what ways do you believe your past experiences would be beneficial in this role?
