Talent Acquisition Specialist
This company isn't worth your time, honestly. I thought it wouldn't be that bad reading the other reviews, but they were all spot on. As a recruiter myself, I can tell you the interview team is clueless about how to find good people. They'll make you go through 5+ rounds, totally wasting your time, only to give you feedback that they should have figured out way earlier. The interviewers were nice enough, but super pretentious and didn't hide it.
- Did you complete the aptitude test, which included math questions, a personality test, and a typing test?
- Were you interviewed by the Recruiter?
- Did you participate in a Case Study with a Role Play component?
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
I went through the interview process for the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role at Jerry. It kicked off with some logic puzzles and a personality test, which was actually pretty fun. Then, I had a video call with the director of talent, followed by a case study. I really enjoyed the multidisciplinary approach, and that initial test really got my brain working! The interview with the director was good; she was knowledgeable, friendly, and really tried to understand my goals. Although I didn't get an offer, it was a positive experience. The director even gave me detailed feedback on why I wasn't selected, which is quite uncommon nowadays, and I appreciated their effort and honesty.

Talent Acquisition Partner
The process began with an online assessment that evaluated aptitude, personality, and typing skills. I really felt this part wasn't relevant to the job. I think a sourcing assignment, or something similar that actually assesses a candidate's job capabilities, would be better. My opinion is that the first step should always be an initial call to talk with the candidate and properly screen them for the qualifications needed for the role and team. How candidates are treated during the interview process really reflects the company. Sadly, I feel this assessment lacks empathy and shows the hiring manager didn't put much effort into understanding the applicants. There's no personal touch. If the TA team wants to provide a good candidate experience, I hope they consider feedback and make improvements.
- Take an aptitude test.
- Complete a personality assessment.
- Perform a typing test.
