The interview process was a bit unusual. It started with an initial screen, then a challenging take-home questionnaire with over 30 detailed, multi-part questions. After that, there was an email critique exercise, which didn't seem very related to the role. There were also a couple of one-on-one interviews with exercises. The process concluded with a "creative problem solving interview" with the CEO, which felt uncomfortable. The CEO presented a business problem and, after I proposed solutions, stated that none of my approaches were effective and asked what I would do next, and then again if those subsequent steps also failed.

Behavioral Technical

I got through the initial online assessment which was behavioral and cognitive. After that, the recruiter had a 45-minute chat to explain the role and go over my experience. Then came a timed marketing proof-reading assessment, which was a bit weird for a PM role, seeming to test for super fine detail like spacing and logo sizes. This felt like a big red flag about how they build product teams, especially with other reviews mentioning dysfunctional group dynamics. I wasn't picked to move forward, so no more of that hassle for a job I really wanted. Wishing them luck.

Case Technical Behavioral

The interview process consisted of four parts: an initial HR screening, two rounds focused on product and analytical skills, and a final round for background and leadership assessment. I really enjoyed the interview process! The recruiter was incredibly helpful and supportive, clearly outlining the steps for each stage and addressing all my preparation questions. They were also very responsive, making the entire process efficient and swift. I found the questions asked to be very insightful, and the Q&A portions were particularly valuable. Interviewers shared details about Jerry's vision and goals, as well as their own experiences, which was quite inspiring.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you present a case study?
  • Describe a project you've worked on that highlights your analytical abilities.
