Content Writer
I applied for this role and the day after I got a response from a recruiter who loved my application answers and was excited to talk more. I also got a take-home writing assignment that needed research, an outline, and a 500 word article. I spent a whole day writing an article about car insurance deductibles, making sure it was engaging and informative, and had others review it who gave me positive feedback. They let me know today that they are passing on my application. I feel like they didn't even read it and might have stolen my work.

Content Creator
super lovely team and very communicative. great that they were open to connecting for feedback after the fact. highly recommend diving in and having the conversations! there was an initial call, and then calls with teammates going forward.

Copywriter
I had an interview set up with Jerry for a remote copywriting job. They ended up rescheduling my interview, and it was only an hour before it was supposed to start. Then, when I joined the rescheduled interview over Google Meet, the interviewer was 15 minutes late. Even though my location was on my resume and in my application, they only asked me where I lived. After I told them, they said they weren't hiring people in my state, and that was it. It felt like a total waste of my time and like the company didn't respect my time at all.
