So I had a first interview with the recruiter, which I think was like a general screen. I heard back really fast, like within a day. She was actually a recent grad herself and was super helpful answering all my questions. She let me know the whole process would be about four parts: first, the recruiter call, then a case study, then some kind of panel interview I don't totally remember the specifics of, and then finally meeting with the hiring manager.

The team moves quickly! Although I was disappointed not to receive an offer, I really enjoyed the recruiting process. I haven't had a recruiter follow up as quickly and as much as the one I initially spoke with at Jerry. She was relatively new to the company and transparent about her own experiences, and she answered all my questions, providing many helpful details. I appreciated this because the job posting wasn't very specific. I went through a typical interview where we discussed my background. I was sent to a second-stage interview very quickly, and the recruiter was extremely helpful in setting it up and wished me good luck.
