Team Member
It seemed like a pretty easy and chill workplace. It can get a bit empty so you might have to do some busy work and fill in empty time, but the bosses and rules were relaxed. The interview was pretty standard; they asked some random questions about "fitness" but other than that it was fine.

It was a 30-minute chat with Isabella, who was really nice and asked some great questions! She went over the job role and what's expected, being super upfront about the position and its requirements.
- Can you describe how you would adapt to working with various personality types?
Server
First you talk to the store manager, then you meet with the area manager. Make sure you're super cheerful and show off your personality because they really value that. Try to find something cool about the store to compliment. I personally liked the indoor seating area and mentioned that.

I had a great conversation with the manager about the role. She was very cordial and explained what the job entailed. I think the most important factor being evaluated was my cultural fit.
