Behavioral

I recently interviewed with Jellys Mack and had a really good experience. From the start, HR was easy to communicate with, answering my questions fast and giving me the info I needed. The interview itself was welcoming and relaxed, which helped ease the usual interview stress. The questions they asked were good, showing they care about finding people who fit the company culture and have the right skills. I was especially impressed by how much Jellys Mack focuses on growing their employees, explaining training and career development opportunities in detail. It felt like they genuinely care about their team's growth.

A headhunter reached out about the job. Then I had two interviews: 1) A video call with HR and others, which went fine, they seemed nice. 2) A phone call with a data science manager. He talked about the company and himself, then asked me a bunch of questions about my background, my projects, and tested my skills and knowledge. The interviewer was pleasant again. I didn't hear back directly, but the independent headhunter told me I didn't get the job and gave me some bullet points on why. That felt a little strange and not really professional.

Technical Presentation

The job involves adapting videos from YouTube content creators for other platforms, mainly Facebook. The process began with a very basic multiple-choice test, which I think is automatically graded. Then, you had to pick an available date for an interview. For this, you had to choose between 5 videos from some YouTubers and prepare a 10-second intro video. During the interview, you share your Premiere screen and basically have to justify your intro editing choices, among other questions. They pay 35 euros per job, and they mentioned that if the video gets a lot of views, you could earn a bonus of up to 80 euros. You sign a freelance contract and have to invoice them for each job. You get to choose how much you edit per month; I'm not sure if there's a minimum.
