The interview process at this company was quite disappointing. The initial interview involved basic questions, but the company and role details were very vague. Despite my reservations, I proceeded to a second interview, where I was led to believe I'd be shadowing an account executive. However, I was never informed about the door-to-door sales aspect, and when I directly asked if it was a door-to-door sales job, I was misled. Following this shadowing experience, there was a third interview, where I didn't even bother to make an effort, feeling my time was wasted. On a positive note, the current employees seemed genuinely happy in their roles. The employee I spent the day with was cheerful but lacked professionalism in her attire and asked inappropriate questions, blurring the lines between a professional interviewer and a casual acquaintance.

Behavioral Case

The interview process started with a behavioral chat, the usual "walk me through your resume" kind of thing. The people were nice and friendly. But, they presented the role as marketing and account management, which it wasn't. I found this out in the second round, which was a shadowing session to see the actual job. It involved going door to door for sales. I liked the company and the people, but they should update the job description.

Behavioral Presentation

Interviewed for an Account Manager role, which turned out to be more of a door-to-door sales position than I expected. The interview itself was mostly positive, and the interviewer was very friendly. They went over the daily tasks and company details. I was invited for a second interview to shadow a sales rep for a day, but I declined.
