First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Jeffrey Charles NYC.
Account Executive
First interview was super chill, just basic questions to make sure you're not weird. Second interview is a full day, 9 to 5, where you shadow an account executive doing door-to-door sales – it can be pretty fun depending on the area. Then at 5pm, you head back to the office for the third interview with the director, where they decide if they're gonna offer you the job.
- Can you picture yourself growing with this company?
Account Executive
Applied to the job and 2 days later I got a phone call. Asked if I could come in for an interview, took 15 minutes. Asked if I could come in the next day for a second interview. The second interview was shadowing an employee doing door to door sales. This might be right for some people, it wasn't for me.
- Was the process difficult?
- Was the process straightforward?
Account Executive
The interview was a two step process. I went with a Lead Account Executive to finishing up some accounts as well as interact with some new accounts. It was very cold out that day. It was exactly what the hiring manager explained. The Lead Account Executive was fun and knowledgeable to work with. The opportunity for professional and personal development was really what caught my attention.
- Do you see yourself thriving in a management role? Explain why.
