First, I had to complete a cognitive test online. Then, a behavioral interview with HR over Zoom. After that, a technical interview with the VP where I was asked brainteasers and technical questions. This was followed by an interim interview with several MDs (one for Market Risk, one for Credit Risk) that was also technical. The final interview was with the CRO, focusing on soft skills and my motivation.

The process started with an online assessment, followed by a first round, and then a secondary-level interview. It included 3 separate 30-minute interviews: one focused on technical skills, another on general topics, and the final one on behavioral aspects. Things moved along quicker than I anticipated.
