Behavioral Technical Group

This was for a summer internship role. It started with a phone call where they asked mainly behavioral and culture fit questions. Then there was a follow-up in-person meeting with the group head, including some general technical questions about the group and business. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

This was for the Risk Placement Year. It was selective for the Online Assessment, but then it was a smooth interview with the team. The process included a 1st Telephone interview, followed by a 2nd Zoom interview, and then a Final Assessment Centre. The AC consisted of 3 interviews: 1 with HR, 1 with an Analyst & MD, and 1 with the Global Head and MD. It wasn't very technical, but there were a few questions on Python and Excel.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process started with a cocktail party to meet the team. The next day, I had a phone screen with an analyst. The final round was an in-person, 45-minute interview that covered both behavioral and technical aspects with two analysts. Following that, I presented a case study to a panel of directors. Everyone was really friendly, and they got back to me pretty quickly.
