It was 3 rounds total. First was a phone screen, then an in-person interview with a case study, and then final meetings with the senior folks. All the interviews had a mix of behavioral and technical questions, and they really focused on deal experience and if I could start contributing right away.

I applied through the company website and didn't have a referral. The first step was a phone interview. It started with some behavioral questions, but then got into mostly energy-specific technical questions. You really need to know the industry and how to do valuations.
