First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at JE Dunn Construction.
Project Manager
This was the longest, most agonizing interview process I've ever endured. It felt like they hadn't clearly defined the role they were hiring for and were just going through the standard steps without much thought.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Project Manager
It was a pretty standard PM interview process. I had several interviews with different SPMs, directors, and even some executives. The main thing they kept asking was why I wanted to leave my previous job. Beyond that, they really wanted to understand what I did on my past projects and how I managed to succeed in them.
- What was your motivation for leaving your previous employer?
- Can you describe your responsibilities in your prior projects?
- How did you achieve success in those past projects?
Project Management Intern
The interview process was great and thorough. It involved talking with several project managers from different departments who asked a range of questions. They seemed really interested in me as a person, and the interview format really showed that.
- What would you say is your greatest strength?
