This was the longest, most agonizing interview process I've ever endured. It felt like they hadn't clearly defined the role they were hiring for and were just going through the standard steps without much thought.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a pretty standard PM interview process. I had several interviews with different SPMs, directors, and even some executives. The main thing they kept asking was why I wanted to leave my previous job. Beyond that, they really wanted to understand what I did on my past projects and how I managed to succeed in them.
