The interview team was really friendly and welcoming. It was quite an extensive interview project with multiple rounds involving different teams I'd be working with. First, I had a recruiter interview, followed by one with a department lead, I think. The in-person interview was at the Atlanta office and took about half a day. Even though I didn't get the job, they were a really nice group to interact with.

It was a regular, standard formal interview. It wasn't too intense and they didn't ask a lot of questions, so we had plenty of time left for my questions. I'd suggest having some prepared beforehand or being ready to talk more about your experiences.

I first connected with their representatives at a career fair held at my school. A couple weeks after that, they invited me to Atlanta. I was among about 30 other students from the East Coast who were meeting with JE Dunn. The first evening involved a meet and greet where I could learn more about the employees and their work. The following day was dedicated to interviews. There were six interviews in total, each conducted with two interviewers. The atmosphere was very relaxed and laid-back, focusing more on getting to know me and assessing my cultural fit rather than my current abilities.
